Return Policy

You can return any battery bought from 7 Star Laptop Battery Station within 15 days of delivery. Tell us whether you want your money back or a replacement — the choice is yours.

Your 15-day return window

You have 15 days from the day the battery reaches you to ask for a return.
This covers both faulty batteries and batteries you simply changed your mind about.
You choose what happens next: a full refund of what you paid, or a replacement battery.
Refunds are sent back the same way you paid, usually within 7 working days of us receiving the battery.

Condition the battery must be in

The battery must be complete, with everything that came in the box.
It must not be physically damaged, burnt, opened, or have its serial sticker removed.
Normal testing is fine — you are expected to install it and check that it charges.
A battery damaged by a faulty charger, liquid, or an attempted repair cannot be returned.

Who pays the return delivery

If the battery is faulty, or we sent the wrong item, we pay the return delivery. You are not out of pocket.
If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong model, the customer pays the return delivery cost.
Delivery charges you paid on the original order are refunded only when the battery was faulty or wrongly sent.

How to start a return

Message us on WhatsApp at 0313 8674729 with your order number and a photo of the battery.
Or bring the battery and your receipt to any of our branches — Hall Road and Hafeez Center in Lahore, or our Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Rawalpindi branches.
We will confirm the return and tell you where to send the battery, or handle it at the counter.
Please keep your receipt or order number — we need it to find your purchase.

Warranty after the return window

After 15 days, your battery is still covered by our 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults.
Warranty claims are replacement or repair rather than a refund.
The warranty does not cover physical damage, water damage, or normal capacity loss from heavy use.
